To increase the challenge, decrease the amount of rest time between exercises or rounds. If an object does not have a uniform weight distribution then the center of gravity will be closer to where most of the weight is located. In 1964, the M16 entered US military service and the following year was deployed for jungle warfare operations during the Vietnam War. For simple, solid objects, such as a baseball or a brick, the center of gravity is located at the geometric center. Rest for 60 seconds between exercises, and complete 3–4 sets with a 90-second rest between sets.
